Parisian fashion brand Ami Paris opened its first physical store in Seoul, South Korea last year, calling it the largest boutique in the world, thereby expanding its influence in Asia.
The store is located in the Garosu-gil area of the city, with a retail space of 300 square meters spread across four floors, selling men's and women's clothing and accessories. According to Vogue Business, Ami Paris made its debut in South Korea in 2013, with Samsung as its local partner. Since then, its business scope has continuously expanded, including shop-in-shops in high-end shopping malls, wholesale accounts in multi-brand stores, e-commerce websites, and now the new flagship store.
As a trendsetter in Asia, South Korea also has its own local brands, and BlackUp is one of them.
The style of the BlackUp brand leans towards light European and American fashion, representing the perfect blend of sweetness and coolness, allowing consumers to exude a touch of personality while maintaining a hint of sensuality. The brand's outfits are well-versed in following the latest trends, making it a worthwhile choice for stylish girls. BlackUp combines the Korean style with an American retro spicy girl vibe, and this modified American retro style is better suited for Asian people through personalized designs and better tailoring.
The brand also often incorporates plaid elements into various fabrics, allowing for different outfit combinations in any season and adding new embellishments to everyday wear.
