In search of new expressions, Mario Lombardo created Atelier Oblique to store his life journey and memories as olfactory notes. The name Oblique is taken from the French font expression with the italics and associates the brand with Lombardo's design roots. He chose to launch a series of scented candles based on the alphabet, so that each letter has a sense of smell. Since then, the brand has evolved into an internationally renowned boutique handmade perfume house with an iconic look that links modern German design with the poetic and haute French art of perfumery.
