Kathy Phillips spent seven years at Vogue as Health and Beauty Director and left to launch in 2003 the natural Beauty Brand ‘This Works’. She is interested in the serious side of Beauty, Complementary Medicine, Health and Fitness and is a qualified yoga teacher by herself too. As Creative Director and Founder, she is involved in the visual and formulations side of the business including the packaging design, concept and creation of products.
